Oooosh Fitness specialises in personal training for pregnancy & postnatal fitness, diastasis recti recovery and weight loss program for women in Singapore. I am Yingying, founder of Oooosh Fitness, proud mother of two and a certified female personal trainer in Singapore.
I have been in the sports and fitness industry for more than 10 years and have helped many mummies maintain their fitness during pre and post pregnancy stages.
Since the age of 17, I represented the Singapore National Women’s Hockey Team and captained the team at the 2007 SEA Games in Thailand. One of my greatest achievements is to return to the team to represent Singapore on home ground in the 2015 SEA Games after becoming a mother of 2.
Today, I am still actively involved in playing and coaching hockey. I also picked up running after having my second child. I have since completed 2 full marathons and multiple half marathons.
