Strong Core Programme
Our 6-week Postnatal Fitness Class will commence on 6 October 2020. It is a virtual live class using Zoom Meeting. Slots are limited to 4 pax per class.
The aims of our Strong Core Programme are to
1. teach the basics of rebuilding core strength and
2. preparing the body to return to exercise safely after the delivery of baby.
