Strong Core Programme
Our 6-week Postnatal Fitness Programme will commence on 28 July 2020. It is a virtual live class using Zoom Meeting. Slots are limited to 5 pax per class.
The aims of our Strong Core Programme are to
1. teach the basics of rebuilding core strength and
2. preparing the body to return to exercise safely after the delivery of baby.
Strong Core Focus takes place twice a week and Strong Core Express is once a week. Please sign up here.
