Hi! I am Yingying, founder of Oooosh Fitness. I have been in the sports and fitness industry for more than 10 years. I was a Physical Education teacher in schools for 8 years.
Since the age of 17, I represented the Singapore National Women’s Hockey Team and captained the team at the 2007 SEA Games in Thailand. One of my greatest achievements is to return to the team to represent Singapore on home ground in the 2015 SEA Games after becoming a mother of 2.
Today, I am still actively involved in playing and coaching hockey. I also picked up running after having my second child. I have since completed 2 full marathons and multiple half marathons. My passion to learn more about sports and fitness has led me to become a certified personal trainer.
